To anyone considering hiring Andy Kabanoff of Wild
Places Photography, I strongly encourage you. Andy took the photo’s
for my seaside wedding in Sydney and they were a great success – I now
have some stunning mementos of the day.
Not only was I impressed with the quality of my wedding photographs but I
also found him to have excellent personal skills and the ability to put all
his subjects, including children, at ease. I was very comfortable being photographed
by him and felt he brought out the best in me on my special day as I usually
feel awkward being photographed – a fact that generally shows in my
photographs. Not so with Andy behind the camera.
Another special thing about Andy is his ability
to incorporate and combine nature and scenery with his subjects, as you will
surely see if you look at my wedding photographs on his site. He created stunning
backdrops using the cliff edge, honey-comb rocks, tree lined paths, the seashore
and the ocean and created interesting light effects using the sunset and late
afternoon lights. He is willing to experiment to create a really special photograph.
Andy Kabanoff is an extremely professional and
personable person, with a background in teaching and psychology as well as
amateur acting and theatre which gives his photography that extra human and
creative dimension. Andy gave me the impression that he was more than a photographer
going through the motions of yet another wedding, but someone who is passionately
into what he does.
